Tara’s passion for faith, teaching, and encouraging others inspired her to write Road to the Kingdom — a novel that invites readers to examine the identities they have carried, the wounds they have hidden, and the freedom that comes from surrendering both to the One who has known them all along.

Professionally, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAJ Wanna Projects LLC, a licensed employment agency and workforce development firm, and serves as an adjunct professor teaching business, communications, project management, and leadership.

She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Communications from the College of New Rochelle, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP). She is a member of From the Heart Church Ministries of Waldorf, Maryland, and lives in Maryland with her family.
